This Privacy Policy describes how LJM LLC, doing business as Trustmark Home Services ("Trustmark Home Services," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, retains, and sells information about you when you use our platform, website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described here. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you use the Service, we collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account information: name, email address, password, phone number;
- Home information: property address, ZIP code, home age, property type, and other details about your home;
- Photographs: images of the interior of your home and visible equipment, systems, and surroundings within;
- Service history: information about bookings, contractor visits, communications, and outcomes;
- Payment information: processed by Stripe; we receive transaction metadata but not full payment card details;
- Communications: messages you send through the Service to Contractors or to us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- Device and usage information: device type, operating system, browser, IP address, pages visited, features used, and timestamps;
- Cookies and similar technologies: as used to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage;
- Location information: approximate location derived from IP address; precise location only with your permission.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including Contractors you book through the Service, payment processors (Stripe), and analytics providers.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for a broad range of purposes, including:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service;
- Identifying home systems via artificial intelligence;
- Matching you with Contractors and facilitating bookings, payments, and communications;
- Maintaining a record of your home, its systems, and your service history over time;
- Improving, developing, and expanding the Service, including new features and products;
- Training, developing, testing, and improving artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including models that may be used or licensed beyond the Service;
- Generating aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, or statistical data for any purpose, including commercial purposes;
- Marketing the Service, communicating with you about updates, offers, and changes;
- Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity;
- Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our agreements.
4. How We Share and Sell Information
Trustmark Home Services may share, transfer, license, or sell information, including User Content and information derived from it, in the following circumstances:
4.1 With Contractors
To facilitate the Service, we share necessary information with Contractors you book, including your name, address, phone number, photographs, the AI-generated home report, and communications between you.
4.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help operate the Service, including cloud hosting (Supabase, Amazon Web Services or similar), payment processing (Stripe), AI services (Anthropic, used to generate the home report), email services (Resend), and analytics providers. These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide their services to us.
4.3 Aggregate, Anonymized, and De-Identified Data
WE GENERATE AND USE AGGREGATED, ANONYMIZED, OR DE-IDENTIFIED DATA DERIVED FROM YOUR INFORMATION FOR ANY PURPOSE. We may share, license, sell, or otherwise transfer such data to third parties, including for research, analytics, advertising, market research, insurance underwriting, real estate analysis, manufacturer insights, and any other commercial purpose.
4.4 Sale of Personal Information
TRUSTMARK MAY SELL, LICENSE, OR OTHERWISE COMMERCIALLY TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING INFORMATION THAT IDENTIFIES OR COULD IDENTIFY YOU. Categories of third parties to whom we may sell information include marketing partners, data brokers, advertisers, researchers, insurance companies, real estate companies, manufacturers, and analytics companies. By using the Service, you authorize this sale and transfer.
If you are a resident of a state with rights to opt out of the sale of personal information (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may exercise those rights by contacting support@trustmarkhomeservices.com. Note: opting out may limit your ability to use parts of the Service.
4.5 Business Transfers
If Trustmark Home Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity as part of that transaction.
4.6 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
5. Data Retention
TRUSTMARK RETAINS INFORMATION INDEFINITELY, INCLUDING AFTER YOU STOP USING THE SERVICE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT, EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW. We may retain information for operational, analytical, AI training, legal, regulatory, accounting, audit, or commercial purposes, in our discretion.
Aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data may be retained without limit and is not subject to deletion requests.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
- The right to request deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions);
- The right to opt out of the sale of personal information;
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

6.1 Limitations
We may decline a deletion request to the extent permitted by law, including where retention is necessary to complete a transaction, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, or for other permitted purposes. Aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data is not subject to deletion.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information. However, no system is perfectly secure. You use the Service at your own risk and we cannot guarantee the security of information.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. International Users
The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on the Service. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
11. Message Review and Support Access
To provide support, investigate disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain quality, authorized Trustmark Home Services administrators may review messages sent between homeowners and Contractors through the Service. Fulfillment specialists may also review messages on jobs performed by Contractors they onboarded, for the same purposes. All such access is logged internally. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or medical records) in Service messages.
